*For orders including graphics, approved artwork must be received 7 days prior to the scheduled ship date to avoid rush charges or extending the ship date.


ORDERING
Any order that requires a shorter lead time may incur rush charges. Dealer Support Services will check with production before agreeing to a shorter lead time.
All orders must be placed with our Dealer Support Services between 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Our phone number is 770.381.8210, Toll Free 800.825.2223, and Fax number 770.717.0138. Orders received after 3:00 pm EST are considered the next business day's work.
To process your order we must have a deposit of 50% of the order value within 72 hours of order placement and a complete purchase order which includes:

1. all components with an item or part number
2. fabric and/or laminate type and color with number if applicable
3. all specifications such as cut-outs, features, or dimensions
4. requested ship date and definite in-hand date
5. shipping method
6. ship-to address
7. approved artwork including all PMS colors to be matched

Note: We do not accept verbal purchase orders.
Any order that is not complete will not be scheduled for production and a ship date cannot be guaranteed.

 

GRAPHICS ORDERING

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING ARTWORK

Please read guidelines very carefully.
Any artwork that does not adhere to these guidelines will not be guaranteed to be
produced correctly. Laarhoven Design Inc. will not be liable for any costs of reprinting
artwork that has not conformed to these guidelines.

1. Absolutely NO Quark or InDesign files.
2. Only .PSD, .EPS, .AI and .TIFF files are accepted.
3. A PDF or JPEG proof must be submitted along with every print file.
4. No packaged links or fonts of any kind. Embed all pictures and outline all fonts.
5. All files should be generated at full scale at 100 dpi resolution. Scaled down graphics
will not be accepted.
6. Include all PMS colors written in the PDF or JPEG proof submitted. All files submitted
without PMS colors indicated will not be guaranteed to match any colors. Gradients
and photographs are not capable of being PMS-matched but every effort will be made
to print them reasonably close to correct color.
7. Include ½" Bleed on all four sides of every print file submitted.
8. Files must be sent to Laarhoven Design's FTP site and only Laarhoven Design's FTP
site. Mailed CD/DVD’s will also be accepted.
9. All files must be placed in a folder on the FTP site with the name of the Laarhoven
Design dealer, not the name of the end-user or the project or the PO number. Any file
not labeled with the name of the Laarhoven Design dealer will not be guaranteed to
start production.
10. Standard lead time is 7 business days from receiving correct, approved artwork and
a Purchase Order for the graphics that are to be produced. Any graphic order
requested to ship before 7 business days will be subject to rush charges.

Graphic Disclaimer
Unless otherwise agreed upon with a member of Laarhoven Design, Inc., all artwork must be received by Laarhoven Design, Inc. 100% print ready.  This includes all logos and graphic artwork.  Any artwork that requires formatting which goes above and beyond simple lying out of artwork will incur a cost of $100 per hour.  This includes all dots-per-inch (dpi) alterations and reformatting.  Please call a member of the Laarhoven Design, Inc. team with any questions.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Any change or cancellation must be made in writing via fax. No verbal changes will be accepted. Stock parts or hardware may be changed or cancelled at no charge if the change is received 24 hours prior to ship date. After that, a 25% restocking fee may be applied. Any order including fabric, wood framing and/or laminate may be changed or cancelled at no charge until the fabric, wood, framing, and/or laminate is cut. A non-stock fabric, wood, framing, and/or laminate order cannot be changed or cancelled without incurring a charge. If the fabric, wood, framing, and/or laminate has been ordered but not cut, a 50% restocking fee will be applied. Once the fabric, wood, framing, and/or laminate has been cut, it is considered "in production" and cannot be changed or cancelled. Graphics orders cancelled within 48 hours can be cancelled at no charge. Any shipping changes must be made one business day prior to the ship date. Laarhoven Design reserves the right to complete and ship an order before it's scheduled date.


RETURNS
All returns must be pre-authorized by Dealer Support Services and issued an RA #. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All returns must be noticably marked with the assigned RA # or will be subject to refusal by the receiving department. RA's received back at our facility that are broken due to insufficient return packaging will not be credited.

Cases, shelving, accessories and certain parts can be considered for return provided the items are received by Laarhoven Design in new condition.
Any item including fabric, wood, framing and/or laminate cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Laarhoven Design is not responsible for shipping costs to return an item, unless it was shipped in error or is defective.

RA#'s will not be accepted after 30 days of the issue date.


DISCREPANCIES, AND DEFECTIVE OR MISSING ITEMS
Any discrepancy in an order or receipt of a defective item must be reported to Laarhoven Design Dealer Support Services within 7 days of receipt.
Every effort will be made to avoid backorders. If it is necessary, the dealer will be notified and the item will be shipped as soon as possible. Laarhoven Design is not responsible for any additional shipping charges or any other charges that might be incurred by the dealer or customer as a result of the backorder.

DAMAGES

VISIBLE DAMAGE
It is your responsibility to note any damages on all copies of delivery paperwork. All copies must be signed by the driver and the consignee.

CONCEALED DAMAGE
1. Laarhoven Design must be notified within 7 DAYS of delivery.
2. Keep all original packing material.

UNFORTUNATELY, IF THESE PRECAUTIONS ARE NOT TAKEN WE CANNOT ASSIST YOU IN RECOVERING THE AMOUNT OF THE CLAIM AGAINST THE CARRIER, AND LAARHOVEN DESIGN WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY REPLACEMENT COSTS.

WARRANTY

Laarhoven Design, Inc. warranties its products to be free of workmanship defects. Normal wear and tear, or damage due to accident or misuse are not considered defects. Warranties apply to original purchaser only and do not cover components which have been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Laarhoven Design, Inc. All returns for warranty require an issued RA#. See returns section

Lifetime Limited Warranty for life of the product.

Ambassador warranty
1 year warranty from date of purchase. This warranty is for the replacement of defective materials only.

Pop Ups
All Laarhoven Design Pop-Up Frames and Channel Bars are warrantied for the life of the product. All other components are warrantied to be free of workmanship defects and materials for 90 days from the shipment of product.

DeltaMatrix, DeltaSystems, FreeForm frames
Lifetime Limited Warranty for life of the product.
