How much is shipping?
Dealer must provide their FedEx or UPS# for shipments. Shipping costs are determined by zone, state and weight.

How are displays shipped?
Displays are shipped FedEx ground within the 48 continental US states.

What is your lead-time? How long will it take to get my display shipped?
Our lead-time on standard fabric colors is 5 working days.

How do I pay for merchandise?
You can pay by American Express, Visa, or MasterCard.

How long will it take to get my display?
Receipt of your display is primarily dependent on your location. Portable displays are delivered within 5-7 days for most Continental US locations, however there are exceptions to this rule.

Will you drop ship to my customer?
Yes, we can drop ship directly to your customer. Simply fill out your customer’s shipping address when you place your order in the shopping cart.

What is your return policy?
All standard non-custom hardware items come with a 30-day money-back guarantee (less shipping charge), returned in original condition. There is a 25% charge for restocking.

Are there discounts for volume purchases?
Yes, there are discounts on volume purchases. Price breaks are achieved at 6 units and 11 units.

Are there Marketing materials available?
Yes, you can download images for your website and product flyers in the Download section of the website.
